Purpose/Event:
The City of Pell City is hosting their annual Christmas luncheon for its employees and community leaders. During this luncheon City employees are recognized and thanked for their work during the preceding year. Long-term City employees are recognized for their years of service and presented with award plaques. A meal is provided free of charge to all of those in attendance. The meal is proposed to be sponsored by the law firm of Trussell, Funderburg, Rea, and Bell and other professional vendors of the City, who have volunteered to cover the costs associated with the luncheon. Additional dishes are donated by individual employees. None of the proposed sponsors of the event are registered principals. The cost of the meal does not exceed $25 in value per person. This event is tentatively scheduled for December 13th. *The City has revised the date of the event, and it will now be held on Thursday, December 12th.
