Purpose/Event:
The American Council of Engineering Companies of Alabama, (ACEC/Alabama), will host its annual Fall Shoot on November 3, 2021. The sporting clay classic will be held at Selwood Farms, in Sylacauga, Alabama. Proceeds will go to the ACEC/Alabama Operations Fund to support membership operations for our fiscal year 2021-2022. Participants invited to this year's classic are key principals and owners from ACEC/Alabama Member Engineering Companies professional service providers and industry suppliers. The registration fee will cover tournament costs, cart fees, and food & beverage. Sponsorship revenue will cover the cost of tournament gifts and prizes. Occasionally, our member consulting engineers invite their clientele to participate in the tournament. These guests may include public officials, and/or public employees from the state or local government (county and/or municipal) agencies. We have invited Rick Huett, Executive Director, State of Alabama Board for Engineers and Land Surveyors, to provide an hour-long education session and update on our state licensing board matters.
