Purpose/Event:
The Alabama Association of Habitat for Humanity Affiliates will host an Alabama Habitat for Humanity Advocacy Day event, scheduled for Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at the Alabama Department of Archives & History. Alabama Habitat will invite members of the Alabama Legislature representing counties in which Habitat for Humanity affiliate programs operate, as well as elected officials and staff. The main event will feature a morning coffee reception prior to the beginning of the legislative day to connect and educate public officials on the service-based mission of Alabama Habitat programs operating within their districts/constituency.
