Event Description: ARSEA/APEAL will host its Annual Convention at the Marriott Prattville Hotel & Conference Center at Capitol Hill in Prattville on September 23 - 24, 2026. Governor Kay Ivey, RSA CEO David Bronner, and candidates currently running for office have been invited to address the meeting attendees. Entities that provide retiree and employee benefits have been invited to participate in the Foundation Wellness Fair, and invitations have been extended to all state legislators in addition to local government officials in the area to participate in the events.
