Purpose/Event:
Annually the Port and International Department of Norfolk Southern hosts meetings at a facility owned by the Railroad near Charleston, South Carolina. This event will be held March 12 - 15th. These two day meetings include presentations by Norfolk Southern economists and commodity managers on their specific areas of expertise. The Norfolk Southern provides lodging, food and entertainment during the course of these two day meetings. The Alabama State Port Authority will pay for transportation to and from Charleston for the three executives attending. *Port Authority is providing transportation; Norfolk is providing meals and lodging for Lyons, Camp and Lawler; cannot be used to corruptly influence official action.
